How the funding works

Does it cost anything to find an NDIS social work provider through CareMatch?
No. CareMatch is free for participants, families and support coordinators. Providers pay us a matching fee, which replaces what they'd otherwise spend on advertising. The price of your supports stays exactly the same.
Who can use this service?
Anyone with an active NDIS plan, anyone currently applying and anyone filling in the form on a participant's behalf, including parents, family members and support coordinators. We ask how the plan is managed so the provider we match can actually bill it.
How quickly will a provider call me?
A real person reviews your request the same day, then one matched registered provider calls you at the time you choose in the form. If they're not the right fit, tell us and we'll match another at no cost.
